Reviewly.ai's white-label platform runs on your subdomain with your logo, colors, and branding across the dashboard, login screens, client emails, and SMS templates. You add and manage your clients from a central agency back office, set their pricing, bill them through your own Stripe or PayPal integration, and they log in to what looks like your own software. Behind the scenes, our AI handles review generation, response drafting, and Google monitoring — but every customer touchpoint stays branded as your agency.

We launched in May 2023 as AI was not ready prior to then.  However, our founder has been in the Reputation and Reviews space since about 2012.  Giving us over a decade of experience, which allowed us to build a platform that included all the important features in a streamlined manner, without all the clunkiness of dated solutions.
Yes. White-label partners get two things: (1) a branded login portal — either a subdomain on Reviewly.ai or your own custom domain via CNAME  — where you and your clients access the platform under your branding, and (2) access to our white-label marketing site template, sales materials, and proven assets so you can sell reputation management to your own clients under your agency's brand from day one.
During your trial, you will have full access to the entire Reviewly.ai platform, NO RESTRICTIONS. You will be able to set up your account and review your funnel, connect to Google for monitoring, use the Review and Response AI feature, implement white labeling, and connect to our integration partners with no limitations.

We want you to experience all we have to offer. The goal is for you to fully experience what your agency will be offering before you ever pay.
When your trial ends, one of two things happens depending on how you signed up: if you entered a card at signup, your selected plan begins billing automatically; if you joined on a no-card-required offer, you'll be prompted to choose a plan and enter payment info to keep your access active. The business owner's personal cell number is never exposed.
AI runs both ends of the review process. For new reviews: when a customer is sent to leave a review, our AI generates a personalized draft based on that specific business — the customer can edit it, then post it directly to Google in one tap. For responses: the moment a new review hits Google, we text the business owner an alert. They can request an AI-generated response right from that text — tuned to the rating, sentiment, and keywords of the review — and post it back to their Google Business Profile via reply-text, without ever logging in.

To cancel your account, you can deactivate the account from the billing section of your dashboard without needing to speak to anyone or simply email Support@Reviewly.ai.
We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will maintain access to your account until the end of your subscription period.
We take your security very seriously:

All access to Reviewly.ai is encrypted with SSL and we actively monitor all aspects of security. Our database is hosted on a private network, completely inaccessible from outside access and is protected by 2FA.

Google My Business, Instagram, and Facebook are accessed using a technology called OAuth; which is highly secure and requires rigorous testing and standards by those platforms prior to allowing those connections.

All Twilio account keys and credentials are stored in an encrypted manner and are not visible or able to be seen by anyone, including our dev team.

Access to all 3rd Party Applications and APIs to start the feedback process require a secure connection and Admin or Location key that is unique to that specific account.
