We want you to experience all we have to offer, so that once your trial is complete you are a loyal customer and advocate for life!

At the end of your free trial, you will either be automatically rebilled or asked to pick a plan and enter your payment info to continue access, depending on the offer you used to join.

You will no longer be able to access your Reviewly.ai account until you activate your subscription. You will not lose any Google reviews that have been collected during the free trial.

No, and this is intentional. With approximately 3/4 of all small business reviews being located on the Google Business profile we focus all our efforts there. Not only does it make everything simpler for you as a business owner to focus on where you should to be driving reviews, it also doesn’t confuse your customers in the review generation process.

We use SMS text messaging to ask for feedback and collect reviews. Our Rapid Reviews process is simple and easy for both the owner and customer. You will be assigned a specific private number that connects to Reviewly.ai for this process ensuring the business owners personal information is not shared.

You can book a demo with one of our AI Reputation Experts for an in-depth demo, but in short we help the customer get started with a draft review which they can copy and paste that is specific to the business. They have the ability to then edit and personalize that as they post it to Google.

When a new review is posted to Google, we text the business owner an alert sharing the new review. They then have the ability to generate a recommended response to that review via text message based on the keywords, rating, sentiment and more. If they like the response, the business owner can then post that review response right from their text message making it live on the Google Business Profile without ever needing to login.

To cancel your account, you can deactivate the account from the billing section of your dashboard without needing to speak to anyone or simply email Support@Reviewly.ai.

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will maintain access to your account until the end of your subscription period.

All access to Reviewly.ai is encrypted with SSL and we actively monitor all aspects of security. Our database is hosted on a private network, completely inaccessible from outside access and is protected by 2FA.

Google My Business, Instagram, and Facebook are accessed using a technology called OAuth; which is highly secure and requires rigorous testing and standards by those platforms prior to allowing those connections.

All Twilio account keys and credentials are stored in an encrypted manner and are not visible or able to be seen by anyone, including our dev team.

Access to all 3rd Party Applications and APIs to start the feedback process require a secure connection and Admin or Location key that is unique to that specific account.
