Now that you have the Place ID, you can create the Google review link.

  1. Use the Review Link Template: The URL template for creating a Google review link is:
    https://search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid=PLACE-ID-HERE
  2. Insert the Place ID: Replace PLACE-ID-HERE with the Place ID you copied earlier.

Step 1: Go On The Google Page Of The Business

You are first gonna want to head to the Google page of the business you are looking to create a URL too.

Step 2: Inspect Element The Google Reviews

The next step will be to right click on the area where it says "Google Reviews" then click Inspect. If the Google page has no reviews you will want to right click on where it says "Be the first to Review".

Step 3: Find The Line of Code labeled Beside Data-pid

By pressing Cmd+F for Mac or Ctrl+F for Windows, you will be able to search for data-pid and find the correct code we are looking for.

Once we have the correct code, all you have to do now is replace the code with the section labeled PLACE-ID-HERE in the following URL: https://search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid=PLACE-ID-HERE
